The process
How our service works
Due to the complexity and variability of repairs, we do not give quotes over the phone. Repair quotes are provided after an On-site Diagnostic Assessment.
Service Area
We service Henry County Year-Round. We are NOW AVAILABLE to some surrounding cities October - February.
On-site Assessment
The assessments are $75 in Henry County and $100-$125 in Surrounding Cities. You will either pay for your Diagnostic Assessment OR you will pay your Repair Quote.
INITIAL appointment
Once we arrive, we will assess your equipment and provide a Repair Quote. Most repairs can be completed during this INITIAL appointment because we carry specialized tools and universal replacement parts. If we are able to complete your repair during this visit, you will only pay your Repair Quote. If you need a specialty part to complete your repair, you will only pay for your Diagnostic Assessment and then you will schedule a Priority Follow-Up appointment to complete your repair.
FOLLOW-UP appointment
It is difficult to stock all the different types of specialty parts for all the different types of equipment. In this case, we will provide you with Part Purchase link(s) at your INITIAL appt. Once you order your part and have a delivery date, you can schedule a Priority FOLLOW-UP appt for us to complete your repair. You will only pay the agreed upon Repair Quote at the FOLLOW-UP appointment.
TIME & MONEY SAVING TIP
If you have already diagnosed your equipment and know the part(s) needed prior to your INITIAL appointment, we encourage you to have those replacement parts available at the INITIAL appointment. We recommend using partstree.com to find your part and Amazon to order your part(s). You will only pay your Repair Quote if we are able to complete your repair using the parts that you already have on hand.

Initial appts typically last 30-60min for (1-2) pieces of residential equipment.
Commercial Equipment:
Tractors / Large Generators / ATVs / Golf Carts / Adult 4-Wheelers/Go-carts / Commercial outdoor equipment

Additional services
TUNE-UP / Maintenance Appointments:
We offer Seasonal Maintenance Tune-ups, Oil changes, Blade Sharpening, and Winterizing, etc. Prices range from $125-$300 and can include standard replacement parts for an oil change, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, grease fittings, blade sharpening or replacement, air-up tires and a general inspection.
Tire Service for Small Engine Equipment:
We CAN air-up, plug known holes, and install fully rimmed new tires. We CANNOT place outer rubber tires onto your inner metal rims. The new tires must already be on the rims.
Welding Services:
In some cases, we can weld broken equipment. We will assess at your INITIAL appt the severity of the break and the time needed to complete the repair.

- Your Appointment TIME will change. To maximize efficiency, we use a Map Routing Service to minimize our gas and travel time. You will receive an UPDATED estimated appointment time 1-3 days before your appt DATE. Please schedule a DATE when your TIME is flexible or text the office if you have time constraints.
